I would like to discuss an issue I am currently facing in Eng 1. On March 22, 2022, I was banned for violations 1.1 and 1.4. I applied for an unban and was successfully reinstated (you can find the details at this link: Approved - Un-Ban Appeal (1.1 & 1.4) | Bobby Margiela). After some time, I returned to the server and applied for the LSPD. Unfortunately, I was banned again for violations 1.1 and 1.4, but I had no knowledge of who did it or how it happened. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility if someone used my password to log in, and I accept the punishment. I patiently waited for the ban to be lifted.
During this time, Eng 3 was released, and I encountered an issue with my punishment history when applying. I reached out to Bobby, who removed my leader blacklist, even though it wasn't there in the first place (see: Reviewed - Leadership Blacklist Appeal | Bobby Pluxury).
Subsequently, I received an offer to become a deputy in SAHP Eng 1, which I accepted. I played there without any complaints.
When the previous leader's term ended, I was offered the temporary leader position. Since they hadn't chosen a suitable leader, I agreed. However, during the background check, they rejected me based on my punishment history, even though Bobby had removed it.
I kindly request your assistance in this matter. I genuinely want to continue playing on this server and kindly ask for a chance to do so. While I was deputy leader in SAHP, there were no complaints about my conduct.
I am sincerely sorry for my past mistakes, and I assure you that I will not repeat them. If I do, I understand that I will face a permanent ban from the Grand servers. You can verify my background on Grand after Bobby accepted my appeal.
