A few months ago i tried cashing back my purchases due to me losing all items i purcahsed with grandcoins. Because of this i was blacklisted. I am wondering if my perma ban can be lifted, i feel no harm was caused because i did not receive any money back. Grand kept it all. I do realize the mistake here but I wish that you do see it from my POV. This wont happen ever again. I was very discouraged with the support from grand because i spent over 4k usd on cars and closed and stil i lost everything i bought with real money. I would agree to a money wipe if you could please find it in your heart to unban me. I learned my lesson and will not try and refund any of my future purchases. Please unban me so i can come play, buy grand coins and support the project again! I do not see how this ban cant be appealed ? I got no money back from my cashback but yet you banned me. If this is not the right format please inform me on the correct one as i dont remember
