Got warned today for fear rp. Even though I was trying to find the command to put my hands up. I had no voice box so couldn't ask. By the time I started asking for help as to what the command is via text I got warned and jailed for 180 minutes fear rp. Anything I can do?

not to do fear RP in future and for this case all correct warn was provided by admin
