Rejected Incorrect punishment | Bill Austin

I am not asking for an appeal as I understand a warning is only a 7 day punishment but I think admins should follow the set rules about formatting. The format of the report it incorrect. The clip clearly showed a music overlay signifying that the victim "Cash Grand" could be hiding MG and blocked out the game audio as a whole. His gun was already out which meant he was ready to fight us. He parked his quad at quite a length that verbal recognition was impossible at that much of a distance.

The clip was therefore invalid as it held no account of audio, him showing himself VDM-ing the passenger that was getting into the vehicle, the time of the report was wrong.
In my defence, in your own rules it states that "The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:

1. Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min)" - audio is overlayed in the clip as you could not even hear the gun shot sounds not him crashing into a wall.
   
   IF I am being punished for RDM then he must be also punished for VDM.
