so i got banned for 3 days for gen rule 3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
now in the video i called the dude a retard. in no circumstances did i say that OOC speaking you are a retard. i was talking IC the whole way since the whole situation was IC.
ive talked to an admin before in the contact admin section where i asked if the R-word is allowed or not. in which the response was 'its not allowed if the situation is OOC'
ive never called anybody in the city for the F-word or the N-word in my entire IC life since its written in GEN rule 6.19 F-words and N-words are restricted. but not in one place is the R-word mentioned.
