Rejected Car Ramming/Annoying/Provoking/Then Posting Half clip to get ban in his favour

As i got banned i admit and agree but i would like admins to ask him about the whole situation he was driving fast drive right into our Car parked near Car Dealership- we ignored and continue then he started ramming and annoying us saying NPCs get out of way and stuff as he recorded his POV i would suggest admin to punish him accordingly for Griefing/annoying/car ramming after he accidently crashed into us we ignored him alot but he kept ramming..

(as he recorded half pov he should upload full pov of how it started? he just posted last 40 seconds of the clip)
i cant record my POV but i know that guy recorded too if he provides the full Clip of the situation that would be great cause you cant just penalize after watching half of the clip? if he doesnt i want admins to reduce the Swearing ban to 180 Mins as it suggests in the Rules 180 Mins to 7 days cause i ignored and warned him twice...and it was my first time playing RP...
