As you can see on the video, this guy started healing during a Gun Fight against FIB, also he started healing and layed down on the roof so he don't get shot (bug abbusing) while the healing process started. This situation happened at minute: 00:13 seconds of the video.
Also i catched they healing another guy after this incident and you can see it in this POV, healing another guy during a gunfight.
