Life Story: Scout was born in a family full of police officers every person has a history of serving in a police force with a good record. Scout was never intrested in joining police force but his family members forced him to join police force . He joined the San An-Dreas Highway Patrol he started working there without his will he started hating the job everyday he thought to take advantage of his powers by doing corruption but his higher up caught him red handed. He was about to get severe punishments but because of his family history he was only fired.
Career Story: After getting fired from SAHP This made him more corrupt and he thought of joining Government because he wanted more powers. He had good friends in DOC so he changed his identity left his family and joined Government there he made new friends which shared thoughts like him he started thinking of getting more powers.
He started at low rank he was facing economic hardships, so he started corruption in small level like by selling gun licenses to people who are not eligible. He is now more cautious and never leaves a clue behind and has all database of every employee he keeps track on everyone so there is no way they can find him doing corruption.
He started getting promotions fast because of his heavy intelligence. Despite heavy risk he still continued doing corruption.
Outcomes:
1- Scout Can take bribes from suspects and let them free or help them escape. (Max of $100,000).
2- Scout can break anyone's body cameras. (/try to find the bodycam (Twice per situation) and /do to destroy it)
3- Scout can rob and kill in ghetto with his family members.
4- Scout can ask 10-15's for their guns to drop.
5- Scout can leak info to gangs and to his friends intel he knows.
6- Scout can lie about a 10-15 asking for a lawyer.
7- Scout can deny to show ID (not in any hostage situation or getting robbed)
8- Scout can frame someone for fake charges
9- Scout can use illegal weapons (when OFF duty)
10-Scout Can help family in illegal works (Scout will follow all the rules )
