I cuffed id 1670 but how did he get in the car of id 1644?
We FIB can only put somebody in our ORG car , so theres no way that any of us FIB member put him in the chiron.
Must be some kind of Cheat or Bug that they abused to get out of that RP situation.

it was prob a visual bug fot you he was handcuffed but for him he wasn´t it happend to me once in Pt server
