Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
First of all I have lots of experience as a LEO, I have been deputy director for 2 terms and have been undersheriff for 2 terms. Furthermore, I was deep undercover in fib for 1 week. Also i have been in several gangs like marabunta grande , ballas and vagos. I know the relationship between legal side and crime side. I never caused a conflict, besides i always tried to create positive relations between crime and legal side.
I proved myself to whole city especially to legal side that i have a good leadership skills. I became a famous person in city after my successful 8 months in legal side, so it will be a good term with the people who supports me. It is time for me to shine in gang side with my leadership skills. I can assure everyone that i am going to do my best to improve RP and overall quality within Vagos like i always did before.
Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
One of the most common problem in gang side is activity, i will easily solve this issue with my reputation and support to James Hopper.
Hostage situaions will be done at different and unique locations. Every hostage situation will be more excited not only for gang side but also LEOs.
I will create RP based global events with the other orgs to improve RP in whole city. These kind of events are already being done sometimes, but they are mostly contributed by legal side. From now on not only legal side contribute but also gang side will contribute in these kind of events.
Every single person who is hardworking will be rewarded with good amount of bonus money, positive reinforcement and ranks.
Lastly, James Hopper is a well-disciplined person, so there will be less toxicity, chaos and conflict. With my good leadership skills and my discipline strategy everyone will follow chain of command so there will be clear orders in any situation.
During my leadership, Vagos will be a family for every gang single unit but it will be a hell to LEOs!
