Approved - Cl I 117047 - In this complain i was reported for CL
Combat logging is when a player exits their game to avoid an RP situation. An example of combat logging RP would be if a player was being stopped and arrested by a police officer, and instead of role-playing out the interaction, they choose to exit the game to avoid the situation. Another example would be if two players were in a heated argument and one of them chose to log out in order to avoid any further interaction with the other player.
RP:
RP situation started from LSPD non rp driving when i crashed them they send me messages to pull over , when i stopped in front of LSPD they ignored that i was in fron LSPD and asking for HC , they didnt showed IDs + idk why lawye, first lawyer after this RP rulebreaks said all clear and he lie to me that he watched all 3 povs, biut in the end when second lawyer started investigation he said he looks only 2 povs of 3... and after second lwyer said that it state law break and writed IC reasons why that cops needs to pay compensation and also get IC punishments for it i just waiting when my RP situation will ends. - If same RP situation didnt end yet how my laptop freeze can be considered as CL - we all know how CL working if u doing F1 there direct character will disappear and there will be yellow symbol, same will be happen if we will close the game. - I didnt had any reasons to do that + they 10 mins trying to cuff me and im freezed .... its also on POV... and in complain i try to explain to admin that my situation didnt over yet i cant get CL desicion because CL mean leaving RP situation i didnt left - after im joined back to game and my oprison time over , i direct moved to goc to find lawyer. RPly i didnt lost nothing OOCLy i lost same time in first investigation (its takes 1 hour ) and in jail + join to game 10-15 mins (jail punishment was 1 hour) - in total 2 hours its lil bit more than my punishment for overspeeding - and did u think that i as old player who never gets punishments for it did it just to run away from jail ?
There is OOCly 0 reason cause warn mean i will not play 1 week in organisation where im active and like to play
There is ICly 0 reason to break RP - because in second investiogation my Lawyer proved that first lawyers decision was mistake + they started punishments against same cops. and only way to protect 3 cops from RP situation where they also can be fired its punish me OOCly what i got. and when i said again in reports to Syndra it wasnt CL and month ago we had a lot of her reports just to give gang warn she reported everything what happend with ballas. It was "interests conflict" she was interested to give me warn + easily direct gave me block. 0 chances to protect myself.
In conclusion:
CL decision was not correct
Block for 5.2 All players must be adequate while communicating with the administration. In case of disagreement with the decision of the administration - leave the complaint for consideration to the chief administrator. - can be correct but its only consequences of wrong decision.
+ i assume it was still conflict of interests, but hasnt real reasons , because its last ballas days.
I asking admin to recheck my RP situation ask also Lawyers who was included to situation to completely make situation clear - my game freezes also without any POV cant be considered as CL cause after im back to game i continued that RP line...
And remove my blockage pls. as i said in above its only consequences where i try to protect myself in M menu - it was my mistake - next time i will not try to explain admins wrong decision in m menus, will direct write admins complaints.
