2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I'm playing in en3 city from the start of the server and i see there is less activities in the gang like it was before.
In the start of en3 i was Deputy of Ballas+Vagos and it was so different from now. Most of the gang were actives and attending to events and getting
bonuses and promotions and we had a good gang rivalry in the ghetoo and we made a great RP sitoutions.
I noticed that most of the people in this days who join to a gang no really active and why is that?
They are not getting any good money (bonuses) and promotations as well.
Most of the gang leaders before got the leadership and did the minimum they have to do, and passed the responsibility to there deputies, and because of that
most of the gangs getting disbanded for inactivity and rule breaks.
I want to change it and bring people who are serious and have experience that want to improve the RP and attending to most of the events.

- My Goals for the term:
- Be active as a leader, make sure we attending to most of the events and make good rivalry.
- Focus on hostage situations and win them, so we will make good money in the balance of the ORG then anyone will get high bonuses and keep attending to events.
- I Want to make something special if my curator will allow me, i will make private logs for every single member to follow there activities,
so i can promote them and give them bonuses and other stuff. For example someone attend 5 events - he will get rank promotion and a spray can in the post office.
- Most of the gangs leders don't understand how good it is to combine power between gangs. i will make sure to talk with other gangs leader and make great RP
sitoutions against the state side.
- I will find the best and the perfect turf leader so i dont need to focus on turfs only in IC events.
- I want to make History and bring 30+ people or maybe max people for events like gun store/normal store.
- Find a grafitti leader and people under him that will focus doing grafitti in the ghetto so we will get extra good money.
- Rule brakes - If you have past experience in gang you will get invite. if you are new to the city you have to be lvl 3, and you will be asked some questions to see if you know the city rules. The private logs on discord will help me to see who is active and who is not, then i can see who need to get a strike/kick and who needs to get promotion.
- Ranks - I will create 20 ranks so every gang member will have to attend for specific amount of events and when he does it he will get promotion and a gift from me.
I want to make 20 ranks to see the progress that my gang members doing, whoever will be active will get high bonuses.
- I will elinimate the toxicity from the gang. Vagos going to be like a family only good friendship and respect between gang members.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
- Attending to most of the gang events, high bonuses for gang members who are coming.
- Making sure i have high commands and deputies from different time zones so the gang will be active most of the day.
- Do special events like hostage sitoution in unique places.
- Like i said before i will make sure to eliminate the toxicity and make vagos friendly and respectful towards each other
