Rejected admin demorgan (Gen 6.2) 3 hrs no valid reason

I was sent to jail for 3 hrs by admin spy rider becouse of reason (gen 6.2) for just accidentally afk in my car beacuse i forgot that my game was on and slept in real life . i was not in any rp situation just parked on side of road sleeping in my car and in real life, in layman terms i was just afk in a video game and i wake up and see that i was in jail for 3 hrs just bcs i forgot to turn off game . this is just torture it just been 20 days since i joined and i was not using any anti afk thingy nor was in rp situation . pls help
