Dear Sir Mazhor, This is Mohamd from EN1, I got banned since 2 months for something I did not Intend to be a scam. I understand and respect the decision made and apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am writing to ask for your help in resolving this issue. Is there anything I can do to prove that I did not intend to scam anyone, and that this was a misunderstanding? actually it wasn't supposed to be a scam it was actually related to the new vehicle trade panel. I understand that this is a serious issue, but I wanted to make sure that you know that I had no intention of committing a scam. me and the other guy used it for the first time and I apologize for the confusion regarding the payment amount. We both added 6m, I understand it was not intentional that he ended up paying double. I hope we can resolve this issue . I can understand why you may have thought I had scammed him after I left the area. However, I assure you my commitments very seriously, and I regret that this incident has led to a lack of trust. I informed him that the situation is not a scam and I will be refunding you the money as soon as I receive your request to delete the posts before any actions made , I apologize sincerely for the situation and I can assure you that it was due to the introduction of the new vehicle trade platform. I will do my utmost to ensure that such an occurrence does not happen again in the future. apologize for my behavior resulting in a ban.
