2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1 -> First of all i want to be the leader of SAN ANDREAS HIGHWAY PATROL because have first of all a lot of experience i am currently undersheriff for sam degrey and i was a deputy of FIB for a full term and i was LSPD deputy and many more..... as you see i have a lot of experience and this means i am good at high pressure and i can stay very calm with no problem i am very respectfull to all officers their rank dosent matter and i do not to tolerate any favouritism by my self and any hc and i got GIFT HC ranks they will need to earn it to get it.

2 -> If i do get Badge number 101 i will make some changes regarding inactivity i will be having my officers patrolling 24/7 on the highways for any crime or any gang activity that can put our citizens in DANGER. as said before every unit will be patrolling and i only want 1 unit in SAHP HQ for insurances if i see any units messing around at HQ they will get immediate STRIKE. In my term i will be prioritizing on these two departments for inactivity ( HR and IA ) HR will have a task to do to avoid to get a strike like all the other departments they will need to do 2 recruitment drives each day until i see in events that we are 50 in legal side and they will update the roaster each day and the logs, IA will do bodycam checks that so they know you have valid bodycam all the time, they will be doing licenses checks 3 times each week and they will help HR to do logs as they are merged. after all of this they will get a HUGE bonus from me!!!

3 -> This is a Function that i want to add to SAHP as i said in my previous applications anyways officers will have a task to complete in the end of the week if they complete this task they will get a promotion and a bonus but if fail to do so you will get demoted this is a function so that more activity and stop keep activity checking everyone in there logs because i think that quality if better than quantity, this is so we can prevent inactivity in the ORG. and i will be giving huge bonuses for officers of the week there will be first second and third they will all get different prises with the senior curator approval this is also to prevent inactivity.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1 -> this is one of the most important things for me is that we have more RP situation like with contraband we will chase it will air support and confiscate all the drugs in the plane this will be a good idea for having more RP in the city but this will only be considered with senior curator approval.

2 -> i will have my HR team hire any PPL that dont know the rules if they get two questions wrong they will be denied i dont care as i said before i want quality not quantity my HR team will train officers until they understand because i dont want any proffesional misconduct or me asking them something and they dont know what i mean and my HR team will put them in stressful so if they on duty they can control it with no problem.

3-> As being in so many times in terms as HC i learned a lot from the leaders that what are they mistakes to get verbal warnings or warnings for stupid things like inactivity so in my term im totaly going to avoid that and i wont do what they did im not sayng that in my term i wont do any mistakes but if so i will learn from them.
