ID 104369 will be punished for Gen Rule 3.3, Meta-Gaming and Gen Rule 6.15.

All the punishments given are correct
ID 102878 had a reason to give you demands as you started shooting first also he has gun in his hand while giving you demands as i can see in the pov so no UB.
Regarding punishment of id 99603 he got ban not mute for breaking Gen Rule 3.2​
