Rejected Ban on forums

My friend was banned from forums . Approx 2 weeks ago . And ofc we are playing this game from a long and we plan to play till more time . So we already had communicated many admins . And some had different answers and none are helping us solve it . I request to help us out and un ban my friend from forums we apologise what ever the mistake was done by him that got him banned . The I'd number is mine and the name is of his forum account and and admin name is given for the formalities and same for time and day and proof too
