If he sold the item go ahead and punish him, however I would like to retrieve my item if possible instead of him getting banned so if the reviewing admin can verify that the item is still in his possession I would like to give him opportunity to return the item first. He claimed his "friend" gave him 2 million earlier, so if he did in fact sell the item for 2 million it falls under General Rule 1.7 as well because this item is well over 5 million as the price is determined by the players

The only thing here is you openly admitting you stole my item from the car that I myself put into the car, and you even admitted to selling the item you stole for less than 5 million which violates 1.7 for you and your friend. There are no threats here only promises, and I promise you will catch a nice flight if you dont return my item
