2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 -Experience in city I joined the city 1 five months ago. I was in SAHP for 2 weeks I Was At LSPD HC Chief Of Staff And I was in past FIB till now. Started In LSPD under term Rodrego Gracia and was promoted to Commander of HR under Rodrego term After taking a little break in city 3 I joined LSPD again under Chanush Movva term until LSPD disbanded With Rank Commander.
2 -Experience in city In start of city, I joined EMS for a month. During term of Zach Noor, I was promoted to Commander of HR department and I had given chance to work on casefiles. After his term I was recruited back in LSPD by new director Chanush Movva as Commander. After working very hard in assisting in reached position of Chief Of Staff. As Chief Of staff, I handled most of negotiation to make sure The Country is safe and evidence is gathered aswell. LSPD has a lot of potentialand with a good leader, I truthly believe we can make an amazing organization with amazing people.
3- As a Leader i spend over 1200 hr in state orgnizations such as FIB i have the experince to manage the LSPD and make sure to offer good bonuses for soldiers that will work hard and make the orginzation active and ready to make the orginzation a better place to come
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1- Fight Toxcicity in the community and make sure the community is friendly as possible to make the rp more fun for others
2- Should Check every soldier in the LSPD for their work and reward them bonuses that will be given everyday
3- Should Check every deparment leader for the work they do whether good or bad and reward them
4- Should Focus on Rank systems and doing cermonys each week to give people a chance of getting up in ranks faster
5- Should Focus on improving the level of rp in senarios such as hostage situation and store robbery
2- Type of departments:
Internal Affairs - Their job is undeniably challenging as they are responsible for ensuring that the LSPD adheres to the legislation and rules established by its leaders. They meticulously investigate even the slightest issues within the LSPD to ensure that it operates transparently. In short, their role is crucial in maintaining a clear and lawful organization.
Human Resources - Their job entails a range of challenging responsibilities, such as recruiting and training officers for the LSPD, ensuring that the officers perform their duties with excellence. Besides, they also assist the IA team in approving LOAs, reviewing logs, and monitoring the activity levels of officers. If an officer makes a mistake, the IA team reports the matter to the HR team, who is responsible for taking corrective actions.
Special Weapon and Tactics [ S.W.A.T] - Their primary duty involves responding to situations that require the use of force to bring them under control. In my opinion, the S.W.A.T team should also collaborate with the Secret Service to safeguard VIPs, particularly leaders. Additionally, they should receive regular training, utilizing resources such as the shooting range at NG [Arena] or even visiting an aircraft carrier for training to make the process more enjoyable and effective.
Detective - Their duty primarily involves collecting as much evidence as possible to build cases against criminals. They aim to rid the city of drug and illegal weapon dealers while also gathering evidence on gangs to assist the FIB in conducting raids. By doing so, they contribute significantly to the decrease of the city's crime rate over time.
Public Relationships - Since the LSPD is responsible for ensuring the safety of the city, there should be a designated department responsible for engaging with the community. This department can organize activities that showcase the more positive aspects of policing and demonstrate that the job involves more than just fighting crime. Officers can make citizens' moods better by hosting events that comply with the laws, and the PR team can organize activities that might otherwise be illegal but are still enjoyable and within the bounds of the law. Ultimately, the goal is to foster a positive relationship between the community and the LSPD.
Parking Enforcement - this department important role in both enforcing parking regulations and helping new officers gain valuable experience. Towing illegally parked vehicles can be an important part of maintaining order and safety on the streets, and having a dedicated department for this task can ensure that it is done efficiently and effectively. help new officers to climb the ladder within Organization.
