Dear Mazhor,
It is to inform you that I am an old player with ID 88133. Last year, after my term as EMS leader ended, I got banned for nuking org discord and conspiring against admin, which I had no idea about. There were some specific unused channels that were deleted by my HC, before as they were not needed anymore. But as a leader, I am willing to take the the full responsibility.
I got banned after a few days as things got blown out of proportion and got fabricated by the newcomers whom I trusted the most and passed my term. One of them was temporary leader Henrietta Longg and Sultan Escobar, who managed to portray me to a respected curator as the main culprit behind all this. Sultan not only deceived me by creating a misunderstanding between the curator(Opie West) and me, but he also did the same to my other high commands as well just to completely get rid of experienced people like them and bring his friends in.
Later, I got blacklist by Senior Admin(Floki Vilgeroarson) as I issued a strike as per YouTube policy which restricts usage of my YouTube content without my permission.
Like I mentioned previously my blacklist was issued due to some misunderstanding regarding me taking action against someone using my YouTube contents on his channel, delete and replace my video links with his newly copied video links from EMS discord without my concern or permission. But YouTube have nothing to do with Grand RP, therefore this blacklist is wrongful punishment I have received. As my YouTube channel and it’s contents are my private property and I do hold the right to reserve, remove, claim, issue a copyright strike and approve the usage of it with permission. Issuing a blacklist outside Grand RP reasons are not acceptable for a player.
Also, I would like to inform you that my former deputy leader Steve Dash also got banned for the same reason but made an appeal and hence successfully served 3 terms as leader after his unban on EN-1 and EN-3.
Therefore, I humbly request you to approve my unban appeal. The proofs regarding my ban issues are attached herewith.
