First off i do apologize for the lag in the video I believe I have to clear up storage on my pc. As you can see though pretty cut and dry Im driving by and this guy takes a shot at me for no reason. I am avid on making sure people that RDM get reported so I turned around and he got in his vehicle. When i pulled up next to him as you can hear I ask "anything to say?" to give this guy a chance to initiate RP instead he hops out of his car and just kills me.
