Rejected 60 days ban appeal for nothing

Hello admins,
I received a ban today my first ever ban and it’s for 60 days. I was shocked as I have no clue as to why and what reason I was put an a band and for so long.
So basically my game/character froze and was stuck in animation as it’s been doing a few times more often since the update with a lot of crashes. Often sometimes you can wait for it to render or needs a hard reset of my desktop.
In this situation I’ve hard reset my pc because it was on reconnecting to server for ages after I’ve managed to reconnect and and log on I’ve been issued a band for sand bot for 60 days. I have no clue what this bot is as I don’t have 1 also as stated above my game was frozen/stuck I don’t even believe I was connected to the server. To receive such a band is really extreme also having no knowledge for the reason why. I have 2 properties and all my belongings in them which I’m on the verge of losing also if you check my account you will see I don’t have any warnings or bans as I think the rules keeps the city alive. Can you please review this as I’ve spent time and money on this server for this to happen is highly unfair even more so 60 days
