Life Story: Grew up in Paleto Bay,Us for majority of my life, growing up getting my education. Then I once I got older and made some money, I decided to do something new so I decided to move to the city where I'm at today (los santos). Making a name out of myself and making my life worth a damn. taking advantage of the opportunities in the city to help me succeed in my life. worked as a FireFighter in the Los santos Fire Department but I decided to become a FIB Agent, so i join the FIB.
Career Story: worked as a FireFighter in the Los santos Fire Department but i joined the FIB. After a while of moving up the ranks in FIB the criminal side of me started seeking out. So I found some people to hang with who knew their work around the law, the old Deputy Director And the current Deputy of the FIB gave some of his contexts of his trick of trades. so I decided to take some of his "advice" into my own doing of the ways of I work as an Chief Of Staff .
Outcomes.
1. roy can break bodycams by using breaks the bodycam and possibly let them walk free.(/try command twice)
2. roy can lower sentences or remove them entirely from family/friends
3. roy can release anyone from prison, especially family and friends.
4. roy can give tours or allow the person to cause a jail break if he feels like it.
5. if bodycam destroying fails roy can kill the person so they cannot report it.
6. roy can do any criminal activity off duty.
7. roy can use/sell any weapons (excluding org weapons.)
8. roy can deny a 10-15 the rights to a lawyer if he feel like it.
9. roy can take bribes up to a maximum of 100k
10. roy can refuse to show his ID to any civilian and any other orgs leos
11. roy Has Special Eye Glasses Which Record Bodycam 24/7 and Is Always Active.
12. roy keeps his org radio with him while off duty so he can respond during emergency situations/ Global if needed.
13. roy brings his ID everywhere to help him in situations.
14. roy doesn't follow any law while arresting a criminal, he doesn't show his ID, read rights or provide a lawyer.
15. When roy is arresting someone and they have weapons/ammo/body armor he can tell them to drop it all and take it for personal profit.
16. roy can kill any suspect that isn't following his demands whilst on duty and off duty.
17. roy can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on suspects and arrest them.
18. roy Can search anyone's trunks without any reason for personal profit by using breaks the trunk . (/try command)
19. roy Will have illegal or legal guns in his car trunk while driving, when not in car will take with him.
20. roy as an officer Can keeps one FIB vest and gun, ammo in his inventory 24/7. so that he can respond to any fellow officers who require assistants. ( Note : on-duty and off-duty ,only for legal work )
21. roy Can wear personal Balaclava to hide identity when he is off duty.
22. With roy"s great driving skills , he can confidently drive any vehicle at high speeds without the risk of injury to himself and others.
23. roy can use any weapon legal or illegal to defend himself in a 10-10 situation ( Note: only personal weapons allowed if that is personal situation)
24. If roy is in trouble, he is able to pick up guns and ammunition while having his weapon out from his enemies and fallen targets, except when he is under heavy fire. (not during heavy gunfight).
25. roy Can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill/rob people for fun or to save his friends.( will not Fight with the Leos)
26. roy can do Illigal activity with his Family.
27. roy can remove anyones wanted records by using pda and possibly let them walk free.
28. roy can directly process any suspect in cell without uncuffing and undraging with his hand and can process directly without uncuff and undrag the suspect.
29. roy can cuff and arrest any one with out any reason if he feels unsecure or harassment though suspect and process the suspect with out following any law .(example : ok now i am gonna cuffing you , im gonna dragging u and also ok sir now im gonna putting you into the vehicle pls watch your head and now i am gonna putting you out of the vehicle please watch your head ).
30. he can puts anyone with a small charge into the cell that includes at least 1 Wanted star if roy wants to arrest them.
31. he can lie to suspects like he calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying myself with the ID.
