2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ( List three reasons with explanation ) .
A- No FAVOURISM as I mentioned above .
B- Get people in the gang that know the roles and pass all questions that I’ll put to my highcommands.
C- Provide good RP with leos do many hostage situations many store robberies with following rules so we all enjoy good RP I don’t have problem loosing situation if I had good RP after all we all here for having fun .
D- A strict list of questions for new people if they pass 7/10 questions they get in gang if they don’t we will try to teach them and we give them low rank until they proof to us they deserver promotions .
E- Making good relationship with other gang leaders and making RP situations together against Leos ( without breaking rules as we saw in the past with some gangs ).
F- Be with my people and by that I mean whenever there’s problem I’ll fix it within my org without kicking or blacklisting anyone .
G- Do night events to keep the gang running and give bonuses to people who do work ( like taking chute in cland ) .

- I want to be leader of ballas cause ballas is the best gang in within the ghetto and it has it reputation and potential , a lot of people got ballas some of them succeed some of them not but under my watch success will be the only thing as I’ll make sure to run it to be the best gang in the ghetto while now we have 4 gangs so challenge will be there and I love challenges , during my time in marabunta in 1 week I got the whole ghetto and I made 350+ armors everyone knows about my bunta but for some turf reasons my journey didn’t end well . this time I’m fully prepared for a gang.
- We see in many legal and illegal origination now favourism and how they give ranks only to the people they know and that’s killing the RP and don’t give a chance to new players to have fun where they can work hard and proof themselves they can be high commands and that’s what gonna be in my gang like my last one it was all about if u work you will get what you deserve and that’s what give motive to people to do more RP ( without breaking roles of course ) I’ll make sure the high commands are people who worth my trust not bunch of people who breaks roles I’d rather to have 2 high commands that actually know the rules and provide good RP then to have 20+ high commands without knowledge , i'll chose good deputies that can be there in all time so whenever my members need deputy or leader there is one also they will keep their eyes on the gang and watch it carefully making sure that no rule break will happen.
- I had issues before in turfs but now I’m fully prepared from my last experience about turfs and my team will compete at the highest levels with experienced people and deputies who had much turfs within En1,En2,En3..etc . And I’ll make sure none of my turfers is breaking rules by keeping a close eye on all of them and make sure they follow each rule of capture .
