this 2 officers didnt take me serious that guy hold gun against me 2 times and cops didnt care about me he hit me i tryed to tell the cops but they said no i dont see weapon

he hits me min 1:13
and min 2:36 he holds a shotgun to me
and the officers didnt care
why didnt they arrest him
even if he has legal weapon licanse he cant hold a gun against peaple and make then uncomfteble
