2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1st. I have always loved the national guard and the military RP . This is one of the many reasons I want to become the leader of national guard as it is simply too good. I would like to make sure someone finally does improve the RP with "Military" As I see it as something possible and no one tried very hard to achieve that yet.
2nd. I have always wanted an organization for my friends/family to be united in and RP together as it brings joy to me to see all of their friendships evolving and expanding, National guard recently Established itself as a bit of a rude/toxic organization and i want to improve it.
3rd. I am more then capable of leading an organization on the state side aspecially it being "National Guard". I have realised the most enjoyment of my leaderships that I had was when I was the general of national guard and I want to do possibly 2 terms.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1st. I was suprised that the inventions to improve RP in my national guard has not been incorporated in the org after my time. I saw a lot of unrealistic departments and ranks over my time of carefully observing the national guard and I would like to bring a fix to that.
2nd. i will try to make everyone respectful and polite.

Every Event= 7K
2hrs Gate keeping= 5k
Ammo run= 4k
Departments
1st. Recruitment Retention = It will known as RR, they work to hire, training and teach rules to new hires.
2nd. SASD = It is a special force of NG , they are well trained and ready for any stituation.
3rd. = Air Force = Units that fly high without fear to scout the base from gangs.
4th. Military Police = It will known as MP , they will have the responsibility to check licenses and have their eye on everyone that they are not doing something illigel
