Life story
Jermaine Steven has a very dark sided story as he was born in a very criminal and poor area in The Sinai Peninsula. He was almost never able to see his parents whilst growing as they went missing when the boy was only 3 years of age. After that he was sent to his drug and alcohol abusive auntie. Even though the woman loved him she never had time with him and he got heavily influenced by the street waiting for him. In the streets he was taught how to steal, kill, hide and started drinking heavily. This slowly led to Jermaine Stevens drug abuse of Weed and Cocaine. However, for some reason, he always used to go back to his auntie’s house every once in a while to sleep. At that point he was 16 years old and felt like a lost self just like everyone else in the city, he knew that something needed to change. The young man started learning how to read books from courses found on an old DVD player and got very interested in stopping crimes. That’s when he realised he wanted to become a cop and stop crimes to make the world a better place. The only problem was that he still had something evil in him, HE KNEW IT.
Growing up:
Jermaine started studying alone and avoided being a part of the streets, however he still had a drug addiction. One day while studying he looked out the window and heard people screaming that they knew a way for people to leave the country and travel to a new city. Although he did not believe it he gave it a shot. It did not take long until he realised that it was for real and that he had to do it. He greeted his aunt and proceeded to travel. The plan was to travel through the sea in a small boat, which he did. After 2 weeks of trying to survive in the sea they were finally in the new city called “los santos'’.
Career Story:
After finally pursuing his dreams and finishing the police university he discovered the beauty of the new city. He began his dreams as an LSPD officer where he still had a rough drug addiction. However, he was able to bypass all the drug tests from the strategies he learned in the streets of Egypt. He had worked for such a long time now, and reached a Senior Inspector position. One day he secretly went to the black market to get some weed, where he found one of the undercover cops who caught him. At that point he faked his own death and went missing. He changed his passport, looks via plastic surgery and changed his name to Adal Gucci. After that, he decided to try to work in different orgs such as EMS and Lifeinvader but was never as passionate as he was at LSPD. That’s when he decided to join another police department that knew nothing about his background. SAHP... he is today a Chief. This did not take too long as he has LSPD experience as stated earlier. Throughout all these years of drug abuse Adal learned a lot about the black market and realised that there was a way to make a bunch of money fast. By being corrupt…
Outcomes
1. Because Adal is very money blind, he would do anything for bribes (up to 100k). For example, He can remove them from the wanted list, remove previously committed crimes, decrease sentences, and get paid to decrease/remove fines (can not take bribes to be a hostage).
2. Since Adal is money blind, he can buy/sell weapons, Body armour, ammunition in black market. (Exception SAHP Gear).
3. Adal has radio on him at all times which gives him the ability to use it while off duty to gather intel.
4. Adal use truth syrum, Amnesia syrum to find out information from anyone and make them forget anything. (using /try cmd) (2 tries per situation.)
5. Adal can find and break his body cam and other people's bodycam whenever he wants to hide his corrupt actions as he has high grade detective skills. (using cmd /try, Twice per situation.)
6. Adal can break any state law (such as COP, Firearms law, Traffic rules, Penal codes, etc.)
7. Adal can refuse the right to give a suspect a lawyer or lie about calling one.
8. Adal can refuse to show id to people to cover his identity.
9. Adal is able to take all illegal items and weapons out of criminals instead of confiscating it.
10. Adal can raise or lower the amount of time that the suspect is gonna serve in jail, and lower or raise the amount of fines depending on what he feels like.
