let me clear it, no one shoots with the LMG from SAHP side as all the HC give command to dont shoot also there was 2 more organisation with us at that time and we have the radio where we can only talk to our own organisation i am conform that the shooting happend from the legal side could be from LSPD or FIB also its an big issue that you cant even use heavy weapons in scripted events but why those guys where carrying them also i think it should be the admins decision and also be an admin complaint as there were 2-3 admin were present at that situation but they didn't punished anyone its better to not blame each other and talk about the facts, Also we dont know the ID's but we can clearly see all of the bloods shooting at us at the same time some of you came out of the perimeter to talk while it was an IC situation till then as not even a single admin came to hear us even we said god please show your self so we could be safe and also talk in OOC with that gang that whats the matter i think its also not admins fault as they cant even punish everyone who was shooting as they cant see everyone at that particular time

Upon Reviewing the evidence from both State an crime side. I decided not to punish the Bloods Gang
Reason : First set of officers entered the event area started formal Negotiation and there is not hostage from crime side and got 8 Seconds of demand .After formal Negotiation and proper 8 Seconds of Demand Bloods Stared shooting(10-10 Started in the event circle!)

Next Set of State orgs Entered the circle got shots and left the circle behind the Building area(Event Circle abuse Leaving the circle does not make State orgs Immune to shots)

Anyhow Player 3622 Got punished for Event Rule 1.6 for Using LMG in store(State)
Anyhow Player 102213 will be punished for Ghetto rule 1.7(Gang)
Anyhow Player 48913 will be punished for Ghetto rule 1.7(Gang)

From the Pov's provided:

Player 92809 will be punished for fear RP
Player 68842 will be punished for gen Rule 6.4 for using a painted weapon without a corrupt bio(POV) (Timestamp:1:29)
Player 16188 will be punished for UB(Taking with leos in a active gun fight)
