To start off, I want to present an example with this thread. Rejected - Fear RP, Fail RP | 146226 - I replied to my own thread and was given forum warning as seen here.

. This young man continues to reply to forum threads that do not pertain to him and is constantly attempting to post Off-topic posts on different complaint forums besides his own. Even so, he responds to his own threads and this is considered off topic. He continues to ruin the RP experience by targeting me, my gang, and my friends. He should be banned off forums. He should let the admins decide the outcome. Alex Odd suggests this is not allowed to be done on other peoples reports.

The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:

• The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation);
  
  and as far as I know these forums are none of your business
