I made forum for RDM because in my pov you can see the person shooting me. I was already punished for CR and did my time, However hassy rejected it just because i did not take damage, So does that mean that i can shoot anyone anytime in city without demands as long as they dont take damage? Doesnt make sense for me.

Rejected. Administrator reviewed report correctly based on the evidence which I saw. If you provide extended pov of him shooting you more than just 1-2 bullets than administrator can punish him .
