I would tell u the whole scenario now.
What happened is I disbanded my org due to a serious reason which org curator already know's.
I applied for admin after 4 days of disbanding the org because the admin apps were open so i thought i can apply and if it gets accepted so I will talk to curator for extending the time of Interview till am free.
If you think I disbanded the org for useless purpose, why would I do it.
I got leadership after a long time and by very hardwork.
I have uploaded many forums for being leader and then i got leadership so why i will disband for useless purpose.

That's why I would request you to remove or shorter the ban given to me please and laos mistake will be not repeated
