Just cause you said 54321 dosnt mean you gave 5 seconds. If you look at time stamps as i said before, you only gave 2 seconds and thats starting when you got out the car, not even had your gun out

Sounds good. Rule describes our exact situation, "if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them". I didnt listen and you shot way before 5 seconds

2) he gave u demand to leave the car he counted 5 4 . . . 1 , u didnot get out . hes naughty why he killed u he should have played rock paper scissor and winner leaves with the car .

I think your confustion stems from the wording of the rule. It does not read "count 5-1" as fast as you can. The rule actually states you must wait 5 seconds to confirm non complying
