A: I am deeply passionate about building an organization where our fellow officers not only find fulfilment but also enjoy their time as part of the SAHP. It is my vision to establish a clear pathway for career progression, from Cadet to Chief, within our various departments. Creating a transparent framework that outlines the specific requirements for advancement will ignite a sense of ambition among our officers. By setting achievable milestones, we can incentivize and motivate them to strive for promotions, specialist roles, and other opportunities This approach will not only enable us to celebrate individual and collective successes but also foster a supportive environment where officers can engage in interactive internal events. Moreover, it provides us with the means to coach and guide those who require assistance, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need to excel. Together, we will nurture a culture of growth and development, where each officer can thrive and contribute to the continued success of the SAHP.
B: I am fully committed to investing my time and resources in transforming this organization into the most formidable and respected entity within our city. My unwavering focus will be on fostering a vibrant atmosphere of activity, ranging from strategic operations such as robberies, global engagements, and raids. The safety and well-being of our officers will be my utmost priority, ensuring their protection during patrols and events, while diligently working towards maintaining a secure environment for our citizens. Together, we will strive to eliminate criminal activities and establish a city that thrives under the shield of our organization.
C:The SAHP recruitment process has undergone significant improvements in recent months, but there are still a few adjustments needed to ensure long-term success. One crucial step is to establish a mandatory policy that requires officers of a certain rank and above to actively participate in training new recruits. This policy will be implemented and overseen by a well-structured High Command system, ensuring that the upskilling of cadets is expedited and successfully completed. By implementing this policy, we aim to provide new recruits with enhanced opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
-> We prioritize comprehensive training for all officers, ensuring their proficiency and readiness in all situations.
-> We enforce maximum attendance limits at events to ensure safety and optimal participation.
-> We strive for maximum activity in patrolling the highways to ensure heightened security and safety measures.

- Maintaining strong relationships with organizations like LSPD, GOV, FIB, and NG is vital. We will collaborate closely to serve and protect citizens, attend events, and ensure a safe community. By coordinating our efforts, sharing resources, and fostering teamwork, we can effectively address challenges and make a positive impact on citywide safety and well-being.
- We will increase patrols citywide and promptly respond to calls for help. Highway safety is a priority, and we'll leverage RP techniques to maximize our efforts in improving and securing these areas.
- We prioritize stopping highway crime and improving officer response time and backup support. Our focus is on ensuring the safety of motorists and swiftly addressing any criminal activities on the highways.
