when I was waiting for my friend at DOC , out of no where an officer came to me and asking for my passport for no reason.
And out of no where other officer came to me and cuffed me without any reason , and they were not stating any reason for arrest.
1. 4646 was punching me to move away instead of saying move back 3:59 and same was done to other guy in beside cell.
2. 4646 saying "Get pov broo" at 0:42
3.As u can see from 2:35 to 2:52 this officers were arresting civilians for no reason and he doesnt have bio (corrupt) .
4.Not only arresting unlawfully but also provoking others by imitating ( id 30402) at 4:17 .
And the rules they broke are as follows:
6.4 It is forbidden to play the bad side of an employee of state structures.
5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.
And im requesting pov of both 36365 and 4646 as 5.6 LSPD/SAHP/FIB require to have a bodycam for each arrest. | In the absence of evidence .
Mixing and Provoking are also done during the process.
