1. Leader of... The National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation): I would like to be leader of the national Guard because I have always dreamed of being a leader of an organization like NG, I am a very organized, respectful, and I make sure things are done the right way always. Some more reasons I would like to be leader of NG is because of my experience that I Have like (Colonel, Brigadier general, Lt. General, and Major General.) With all of this experience I can be sure I'll be ready for anything. Another thing I would like to bring to this application is my ranking structure for the National Guard which will be shown later in the application. To add on to my experience I have never gotten a strike/warn in NG witch shows that I know what I’m doing, I am also very active in ammo runs, and events. I know everything about all events and I could really lead and bring NG back.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization. My advice for improving the role play level in the organization is fairly simple, I am thinking to host weekly joint trainings with other LEO organizations at the NG base. This will assure that the officers of not just my organization will have an amazing level of Roleplay. I am also thinking to have RR do weekly checkups on our officers to make sure they have done prober work etc.
