Leader of Ballas:
2. I want to become the leader of Ballas because I have played the server for a long time and have only been a leader for a short temp term over a year and a half ago in my life time on the server i have been the deputy of more then 1 of the most successful gangs in grand IE (Lance Thrust Term 1 and 2 I was HC, Lance Thrust term 3 4 I was the only deputy for the most part and did just as much work as lance just with less perms and the small 1 day term 5 I was deputy) I know how to run a gang and hot to keep the gang in check and moving smoothly and well and I have over 2 years of experience the back that claim.
Reason 2: I have played for a long time and in that time I have made good and bad choices with the way I spent my time and conducted my self with admins and players I believe that this can be a good way for me to progress in my career on grand I have a team of experienced people behind me and people that are willing to help and make sure that the gang and its members keep us and them out of warnings and punishments.
Reason 3: I want to bring competition and RP rivalry's back to gangs. the times that i spent in gangs and leading the gangs from a deputy spot we always RP rivals and would make really good and in depth RP with them I want to bring that kind of thing back and make it fun for both sides I have done it before and i know that I can do it again If I am given the chance it will create good and healthy RP and produce a lot of fun times and memory's for both sides of the engagement and of course everything would be IC and nothing would be taken OOC as long as I can help it
How will I improve RP in the gang:
I am not going to say the typical shit like going to events and doing stores and what not because I know that answer has been used more then once and is old.
My advice to personally OOCly and ICly talk to the legal orgs and the other gangs to create fun and new ways and scenes that no one has seen before but do it in a way that keeps both sides on the scene happy and make sure that all orgs are having fun in the engagement EX doing life news takeovers / creating problems and man hunts for the LEO's to come after me and my members for and make it a big scene that both sides can enjoy and be happy with the outcome no matter who it is. For the gangs create new ways to do events that stay with in the rules of play and the gang rules to make every experience different and fun for everyone there are a unlimited amount of ways to create RP with out going over the line with rules and with others wile also still doing the required events and having fun doing them.
To admin reviewing:
I am well aware of my history with punishments and warning's and I am going to say that on En3 I told bobby that i was going to be a clean player and not get punished so i could be deputy again and I held to that word I never got punished on en3 other then 1 warning which was a genuine mistake on my part. I Haven't been punished on en1 in over 6 months and am willing to show that I can and will be the cleanest player I can be I believe that the last 6 months on clean playing should prove to you guys that i am willing and a man of my word and i keep to my promises of being a clean player and following all rules.
