If you actually watch the POV you can see me standing there and as ID 116 is a forum ban he cants reply so, take your unwanted self elsewhere.

The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation)

As well this is in the city if there was a demand given then this is completely acceptable.
This is not considered GZ as it is out on the beach in the city.
