2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) Experience… I’ve been apart of National Guard Org since about November of 2021 on the EN-1 City being the second org , I’ve made many friends along the way and eventually earning my rank from Private II to LT. General on both EN-1 to En-3 Combined as 1 (Private II -> Colonel on En1, and later became LT general of the 2nd NG on EN3) I have proper experience with this specific org and many orgs that involves a lot more responsibility and care towards, I have a passion for Roleplay, and a great knowledge for server rules & regulations, even though my punishment history on specifically EN3 isn't the greatest,

2) Likeability/Respectability… I’ve build up my character from EN-1 & EN-3 around respect and treat every situation as if it was IRL, I show people respect despite not liking them, I’ve always respected org jurisdictions, and has always been trying my best to keep communication with other orgs instead of barging my way in, with the phrase “I’m FIB, you don't know anything about this” so I want to rebuild an org around the same respect that I’ve given other orgs, I want to have our soldiers treating every situation with a calm respectable manner.

3) Activity… under many Generals in NG the biggest main problem that causes so many issues is the Orgs Activity, there's always been a significant amount of soldiers standing Around Barracks or around Beach market but not as many soldiers on the streets of FZ. Patrolling around Parachutes, guarding gates, I want to have a new age for the National Guard in which I will communicate highly with curators and meeting curator requirements.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

If I am chosen to be the next General of the National Guard, I would like to implement new departments thats never been seen within the National Guard, and get involved with a lot more IC Punishments instead of just going straight to Strikes, and verbals, Some ic punishments might be "Running around the base 2 times" or dropping and giving pushups, or doing pullups at the pull up bars, I would like to draw more RP Between other orgs including Lifeinvader and EMS and even Gangs. i.e. Training raids with other state orgs.

Some of My departments for the NG Will be;

Department of Recruitment Representatives "RR"

The “Body” of NG In charge of Recruitment, and making sure the org runs as smooth as it can possibly be, making sure Soldiers are following the Code of Procedures Sanctioned by the Government, and enforcing the most up to date State Laws, doing proper trainings with each new recruit, making sure they know how the org runs and how and where to place spikes on each gates, and teaching them how to give proper medical attention / detaining suspects.

Department of Green Berets (Spec Ops)

Spec Ops has always been the “Legs” of NG for me mainly being its the department responsible for planning, negotiations, having good communication with each other being the elite force the department should be known for.

Department of Combat Response Medics (CRMs)

the CRMs is the medical force of the National Guard, Responsible for maintaining the health of every NG soldier, as well as maintaining great communication with EMS, and maintaining an "EMS Guard" Prescence with EMS as they request, where EMS would request protection at their lobbies for individuals whom come in to harass ems, these Soldiers are armed with Tasers, EMS Guard is also responsibly when requested by EMS to provide protections on their med runs for each State Org, and these units will support their convoys to each state org, as well as helping load the medical supplies onto the trucks.

Department of The Military Police

The Main Police Force of the National Guard, Responsible for making sure every Unit is following proper National Guard Procedures, as well as following state legislations, and maintaining the Code of Conduct Contract.

Department of The Air National Guard

The Main Strikeforce of the National Guard responsible for maintaining the protection of the state of San Andreas skies, scouting ammo runs, and transporting National Guard Soldiers to the aircraft carrier.


the Major Punishment Systems will go as following;

Strike I) Halting of any upcoming promotion until Issue is resolved.

Strike II) Immediate Suspension of the Unit, Suspension can last from as little as 2 hours to 48 hours

Strike III) Immediate Termination of the Unit from the org, and depending on the severity of the strike, a possible Blacklist

As for Heads of departments, they will follow the same Strike system, but their strikes will affect the department not only them, after 3 Department Strikes the Generals will start actively looking for a new HOD, Strikes can be given out only by The 3 Generals of the org.
