Rejected Ban for no reason!

ID 29673 reported me for parent insult GEN rule 3.2 but i dint sayt it in OC chat but in IC chat i ment in game not OC so why is it parent insult if im saying something IC cus now i got banned for parent insult but how is it parent insult if its IC maybe i ment it in game not OC!
