From my exp what i got being gang member. Fz raid its hard event where always included deputies and leader. It is strange to see how they ignored that moment there is Mclaren in convoy. and also inside event circle...

This car was never in our convoy while heading to FZ. If it was he would have been told to leave the personal car and get in a gang car.
He must have entered the base after us which is why he went unnoticed.

However i agree the individual should get punished for breaking rules.

i also agree, if u said to him he cant use personal and he still did - maybe also u need to blacklist him.
