Mandem is an organized street gang based in Los Santos, North Vinewood, that began in South Los Santos on Jamestown St. One of the early members and later leader Fred Mandem was a suspect in the murder of Priam Zellweger during a drive by shooting at Davis Ave. Fred had been on top of FIB wanted list due to the close links he had built with gangs in Davis and east Los Santos. During 2000s, LSM was one of the largest gangs in south Los Santos and controlled much of the drug markets in the area. So after the leaders arrest Mandem took a big hit and almost vanished. After Fred Mandem's arrest hes younger brother Saan Mandem took over the operations and brought back the gang back where it used to be in early 2000s.
