I fell victim to mass VDM and non rp on way to beach market. Then when I messaged admin about it, I had to use multiple messages as it wont all send in one go and instead of professionally replying I got muted for 'spamming report'. This is a joke if you ask me considering I pay more than a fair amount in the city as I enjoy my time on it and respect the rules. This completely removes the incentive to stay and removes the fairness/ equality I'd expect from a business. Unfortunately I only have VOD of chatting with admin after the incident so I dont expect an appeal but please can the admins be more polite!!! Im always respectful and this is the treatment I get... When I watch your gta5grand youtube channel the guy on there always gets informative and polite responses. Why is that not the case with normal players? I watched a video where he asks for the rough value of an item and got a response telling him the estimated value. When I ask, I get told to 'ask around' sheer laziness I am so upset right now due to the fact Im not a freeloader on this game I actually pay towards the development but why should I if this is what I get for asking about the events just occured and my punishment??? You can read up my admin chat history and see Im always respectful and polite. It seems they don't treat paying customers the same.
