They were robbing with gang car first through out the video you will see shortly after the gang cars are gone and they are still robbing while the gang cars are gone
as you can see in the vid we were listening to there demands but still got shot and killed while hands were up
in the clip at time 2:15 you will see id 289160 is pickpocketing while gun is still in hand
you will also see that they were robbing with out any gang car what so ever

You may check my forum as well. These two players stalled for quite a while during a rob and did not obey demands. This rob took way longer than it should have and if it had happened without the stalling then this situation would have never happened in the first place of the gang cars being recalled. My clip shows the beginning of the rob of them stalling. You can hear more of the stalling from their clip as well. ALSO YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY HEAR THE TWO PLAYERS METAGAMING IN THE CLIP! The person laughing in the background while they are both unconscious is not the person who recorded the body cam. And they talk more amongst each other in their clip when their mics are not open in Grand.

Clip doesnt show all of the situation, but players stalled when being robbed and after the clip was completed the players stalled even longer. This rob took way longer than it should have due to the stalling, and this coincides with another forum against the bloods. If you watch the forum video...

Both 253439 and 116141 were punished for stalling, only punishment left is bloods.
