i was at NG with my friend when id 280334 Spam clicked his Z key and put me in handcuffs so many times that they glitched out and stayed on i was trying to tell him i was still handcuffed and he just laughed about it and said to leave i called admins 2 times and the admins said ic issue im now having to post this thread as NG seem to think its a joke and admins only say IC issue when clearly this is Powergaming (please can you come to situations not everything is ic issue witch you would see if you came to the situations)
