Approved Violation of GR 6.24 | 15183

I was doing my truck mission, and this player (15183) chase after me and keep ramming my truck until we are all stuck. Then he came out of the car and shoot me without engaging in RP and clearly a violation of GR 6.24 to rob someone while in their starting job.
