1. Leader of National Guard
1.1 There's been some amazing leadership for the first term to this last one but i think i can go above and beyond and be the best leader NG has ever seen i know who i want for certain positions already i have everything mapped out.
And I believe I have the perfect amount of experience to lead the org as I have been Major general in 3 terms so i know how to run things, i have been in NG for 3 terms and have been a HC in every term from this I have also been experienced of every division from SASD to IA to RR so I know how to be a leader and how to run things and how each division works and how they thrive.
2.2 I think NG is the most important org it is the back bone to the city if NG has a bad leader it creates a toxic atmosphere between orgs as no one would have ammo so they cant do there job NG is important no one can work when NG isn't Performing.
2.3 Discipline: I plan on implementing a lot of discipline but i also want people to be able to have fun while be smart about it i don't want people breaking rules and getting kicked out of the org for stupid reasons.
And I want to lead NG as it was the first org I ever worked in and it helped me grow through the city and learn the city rules so i would love to lead it and help it grow and lead it to be the best org in the city, I believe NG is the most powerful and import org.
3.Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.
3.2 Ranks: I'm going to give people ranks/roles based on experience if they deserve it and if they can show me there fit for that role/rank.
3.3 Corruption: ive seen plenty of corruption in NG last term i had a bad experience with corruption so i plan of trying to limit is a much as possible.
3.4 I want this next term to have the best roleplay experience while still having structure.
Departments:
1. Human-Resources:-
-Hiring and Training
-Give them proper tour and training
-Proper "log checks"
2. Air-Force:-
-Providing air support for "Global, Hostage situations etc."
-Scout arround the base.
-Provide information of "Criminal activities at Highway to other ORGS"
3. SASD (Special Forces):-
-Leading events.
-First units to respond to global.
-Make plans for the main events.
4. Military Police :-
-Their work is to do inspection of our units and check there licences and do proper checkup
-They have to scout arround the base for any Illeagle parking, blocked roads etc.
5. Public Relations:-
-Their work is to create a healthy and fun environment for our units.
-They will connect with other orgs to host parties and all that fun stuff so that the other orgs and the citizens
feel connected to the orgs.
