2.1 Leadership: There's been some amazing leadership for the first term to this last one but i think i can go above and beyond and be the best leader FIB has ever seen i know who i want for certain positions already i have everything mapped out.

2.2 Family: this last term i was in made me love FIB so much I think of everyone from that last term as family and i want to continue that tradition of an FIB family.

2.3 Discipline: I plan on implementing a lot of discipline but I also want people to be able to have fun while be smart about it i don't want people breaking rules and getting kicked out of the org for stupid reasons.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

3.1 Structure: I'm going to implement enough structure and discipline to where people know how to have fun while not breaking the rules.

3.2 Ranks: I'm going to give people ranks/roles based on experience if they deserve it and if they can show me there fit for that role/rank.

3.3 Corruption: I've seen plenty of corruption in FIB last term I had a bad experience with corruption so i plan of trying to limit is a much as possible.

3.4 I want this next term to have the best roleplay experience while still having structure.

a) If I become director of the FIB my agent will work hard. In each term, I have seen that there are very fewer officers present at night, as a result, officers don't get proper backup to respond to the crimes which are happening at night and the criminals responsible for these crimes didn't get arrested and as a FIB officer I saw most of the FIB officer got de morgan for silly mistakes, I want to give proper training for my agents to not get any Kind of warning or strike, so I need members in the organization who will work very hard, who will be very active if they need a help



b) Secondly, to continue, I want to become the leader of the FIB because I have a strong and confident plan to roll out through the department when I become Director. These plans include managing call signs, adding a strict strike system, and placing people in positions such as sergeant to effectively and confidently run and pursue a strong career path for recruits and trained veterans. I believe that FIB is one of the most important organizations in the city. The bar must be set very high in terms of standards, and I believe I can achieve that if I am in charge. Utmost professionalism is the goal of an organization like FIB.



c) Thirdly, One of my goals is to make an organization with no verbal warning or IC. My Organisation will be built on respecting and treating others the same regardless of rank, experience, age, etc everyone should be treated the same.



3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
My advice to improve role-play would include strategies to make common server rules, known abroad across the officers in and out. I would start immediately by testing and evaluating people who hold high command and supervising ranks about their knowledge of the server rules, to make sure the people at the top know what they are doing, and to rest assured they can make good and accurate decisions in recruitment, and other activities that affect the department. After this is done, I would confirm and approve an effective system to hire and recruit new people. Such a system would include a basic knowledge test that everyone must undergo during an interview, as well as a second Rp test to move on from Cadet to the trainee, which tests more in-depth rules, that would be learned and applied during the cadet phase. To pass the Cadet phase, I organized a different and unique plan for academy training sessions, making it easier for cadets and the Ftos in charge of the academy.

i. Due to my previous experiences in gangs and legal orgs i am able to easily negotiate in robbery and hostage situation and can take down the crime in city.
ii. I have a strategic mind through which i can easily stop the cannabis seeds from growing and all the illegal activities going in the state.
iii. I know well about the FIB as of my previous FIB experiences and can easily manage it by dividing it into some of the sub divisions listed below in Q3.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
i. I Will divide the organization into sub department. The sub department are as follow-

•Air Patrol Unit (APU) - This unit will be roaming around the whole city with the Help of Heli and covering the crime they will have the all air facilities and will also provide air support to all the organization in different situations like store robbery and hostage situations
•Black Ops Agent (BOA) - These will be the Best trained Agents that can easily take over 10-15 and stop the illegal activities and the robberies including hostage situation easily.
•Human resource and Internal affairs (HRIA) - This department would be keeping check if logs that no one in stealing from the organization and would be keeping track for the warehouse So that when we are about to get out of ammunation we can easily contact National guard for Ammo run. This department would also be keeping contact with other organization for stopping crime and would be alloting strikes for any mistake.

•Undercover Cop (UC) - This will be the department including the best trained Agents will Top classified black ops agent that will be undercover do that they can know the crimes in city by being a normal citizen but a crime investigator

=) First of all I started my career in FIB a long time ago as a field agent then I became the DEA (Drugs Enforcement Agent) and I did so many cannabis busts and also detained so many drug dealers then I became the DHOD of UC (Under Cover) and I did soo many busts with dea agents and OO agents and also I brought so many evidences so that FIB can raid gangs. After this I became the HOD of DEA and worked a lot as I was given soo many duties to catch druh dealers and check for cannabis and all these thing. Then I became the OO handler and worked a lot to handle my OO agents to get so many evidences from all events. So, I believe I carry all the knowledge to be a director of FIB.


=) Secondly, I believe FIB has the most potential within all organizations to provide positive roleplay because FIB is involved in most events in comparison to other organizations. FIB is viewed as the backbone of the other legal organizations and without a strong standing, the legal organizations would fail to truly reach their true potential.



=) At last, I believe I have all the knowledge to lead FIB with good rules and regulations and I will make sure that my FIB term will be best. I will make sure that my all departments and all agents will work properly. I will make sure everyone is treated fairly and has a fair chance to get the rank that they deserve, and no one is being biased in my organization.




3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in an organization.


=) First, I would implement bonuses for people who get evidence and get it valid so that we can use it for a case file. Second, I would make undercover be more active and be doing busts every couple of days or so. Why I want to do this is because I want there to be more roleplay between us and criminal organizations. Third, I would like to increase that people start tracking criminals more so that we can get them off the street.



=) I will also arrange weekly meetings with all HC to see how they are operating. Good HR/IA will be there to Keep peace among the eomplyees. Making sure all players read the rules giving advice to all employees to make sure that they know what there doing. Making sure Undercover is used ONLY for its purpose. New agents will be trained and should develops based to his or her personality. They will be tested, trained and promoted based to their strength and ability. I will set bonuses also for all agents either junior or HC for different different works also will give agent of the week to honor the agents who worked really hard that week.

I have a genuine interest in being FIB Leader as it's a very unique org with great potential, I am a dedicated and conscientious team player who is accustomed to a supervisory role.
I have a history of leading others to successful outcomes in a professional setting, and I believe I would be an ideal applicant for leadership, I'm excited by all the challenges inherent in the position and look forward to the opportunities it presents.

I've been in EN 2 for over 30 years and haven't broken any major rules! I have had the privilege of working, learning, and being trained by expert Leaders & HCs in LSPD & other orgs. Having a long experience with the city helped me to make a lot of friends in all orgs, which made me gather and find one of the best teams in the city.

This team is a mix of amazing and experienced people from different time zones that would assist me to lead FIB to a better future. Furthermore, I am planning to use this respectful relationship to provide a good RP in all situations and to avoid any kind of rule breaks.
I will make it clear to my agents that our job is to keep the city safe all time by making FIB and all other orgs perform their tasks in a successful manner.



3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
From my experience in LSPD as a Deputy Chief of Police, I would invest in fixing certain issues, Such as:
1- Choose only trustworthy and experienced veteran LEOs to train and polish new agents which will dissolve them into the LEO sector, eliminating any failure in RP.

2- Implement a new promotion system, where agents must perform certain tasks so they can get promoted (All of the tasks will be checked by IA department to maintain integrity).

3- Implement a proper punishment system removing any potential power abuse, Disrespect of other Orgs, or Misuse of undercover privileges, without any discrimination.

2.a. Because I have experience with all the law enforcement in the city and I know what they are missing and what they need.When I was a Supreme Cour Judge, I memorized the laws, I will teach these laws to everyone without ignoring what should be.
FIB will work together with all the legal organizations to ensure the magnificence and security in the city, and will regain its glory by adhering to the laws and rules.

I want to turn FIB into the most enjoyable role organization in the city Some Leaders have ruined the FIB by messing up their responsibilities, I will fulfill all the responsibilities assigned to me and I will bring Good People to the FIB to ll GET Good Trainers to make the FIB a perfect legal ORG.

I am aware that people are losing control because of the FIB's wide powers, I will change that and teach people how to use this power.Being aware of how it should be used I will teach everyone how to reduce the crime rate in the city and ghetto with its power .If i get a chance to get leadership of FIB i can bring in good numbers of people in the early days itself, and make sure that all of them are truly aware of the city rules. Also i've planned out to renew the training system which obviously plays a very huge role in working of the whole organisation, ill make sure that FIB maintains the professionalism required for it. 3- I am aware of the relationships of legal and illegal organizations and based on this awareness, in the past term i could notice that FIB wasnt involving in events such as Submarine Informant , i will make sure thta FIB actively participates in all the events happening in the city, apart from that i will make sure that the mistakes that the things that have been going wrong in FIB, ill make them right. As many poeple have been using PDA the wrong way, it will be made sure that poeple know how to make use of the PDA correctly without metagaming,
- Will make sure that people use the /me , /do commands properly, as required in the situation
- Agents will need to pass testes inorder to get to certain ranks and positions
- Recruitments will be done, frequently or as required according to the number of people in the org (day and night time both)
I will provide a better role experience.As an experienced police officerand fib agents before, I know of the crime rates in the city,
I think I will entertain citiziens and FIB Agents a lot
I think that those who have achieved outstanding success by working hard all week should be given the necessary medals and certificates of appreciation m this is the best source of motivation i will do something about it

iii) In addition to it there will be a particular department which will focus on busting of narcotics . So the city would be free of narcotics too and the task will be there for that department too.

iv) Will make sure to maintain proper ranking system and weekly promotion on their qualities and their work. Announcing agent of the week with a special reward which will make the agents excited and active too.

I was first hired as Supervisor of DEA and was super active in doing narcotics bust for which i got promoted to DHOD and then further i was promoted to HOD of IA. iii) As i was in previous term of FIB i got positioned as a chief of staff i have worked very hard in assisting in casefiles and assisting in successful raids. I was always able to bring out valid evidence for the casefile and almost in every casefile my evidences were there. As a chief of staff i lead lot of negotiation and always focused towards making hostage safe (first priority) and made myself sure to secure evidence from the gang criminal activities.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

i) My advice is that FIB will be focusing more on undercover busts and will make sure to lower out the crime rate and arresting out the most wanted criminals of the city. I will do this by setting up the tasks for the agents and will set reward for the same.

ii) I would like to add on that it is important to maintain active numbers of agents for particular shifts so FIB is always active at any situation and there is at least a experienced HC To handle out the situation at any time in the city.

iii) In addition to it there will be a particular department which will focus on busting of narcotics . So the city would be free of narcotics too and the task will be there for that department too.

iv) Will make sure to maintain proper ranking system and weekly promotion on their qualities and their work. Announcing agent of the week with a special reward which will make the agents excited and active too.

First of all, I was working for the FIB for more than year now, as an ex-leader and deputy leader for most of EN2 FIB directors, I developed my skills, my knowledge about the FIB to the highest level that I can handle all kind of operations in this Org with a successful result, and learned from some mistakes that I did before.

2) secondly, FIB one of the powerful organizations in the city more than too many organizations, we always need an experienced person who have enough knowledge and served for many terms so he can handle this organization.

3) finally, FIB was always my favorite organization of all time, as I enjoy Role playing as an undercover agent, and dealing with casefiles and raids and all other spec-ops.


3.Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

1) For the past few months that I worked in the FIB, I saw that there are too many ranks are useless and pretty same as some ranks, so I believe that I will try to make some changes in the ranking system and the abilities of each rank.

2) FIB can improve the RP in the city and make a fun Environnement, and I will do my best as Leader to make the Role play more enjoyable in the city.

3) New Training system will be applied; we will be including the city rules as well to avoid the rules breaks and improve the knowledge of agents about FIB and city rules.


4) I know that we got to be strict in the org and punishing people for their mistakes, but for me, as I saw in the last few months, people getting angry and mad and leaving the org for some simple mistakes that they are getting punished for, so i will try to give them like a "Verbal Warning or a second chance" first so they can know their faults.

I have been playing this city from almost 1 year, I have Did RP from both Sides Gang side and State Side and even I was also Marabunta Leader, And now I want to be Leader of FIB which will come with lot of Challenges and Responsibilities, I would also find myself In leading a big set of intelligent/skilled Agents who have the potential to handle any situation , robberies etc. , I have leaded a lot of teams in the past now I want to Lead the team of FIB and I think that I am suitable for it because of my past experiences. This is the department which is responsible to stop Drug Trafficking , Destroying Cannabis and there main work is to save the Los Santos Citizens specially Young citizens from taking Drugs.
