2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• When I joined the city, I explored every orgs like legal and illegal. My first legal journey began with SAHP in mikey's term it' a great term i ever fill and also learn everything. where I completed two full terms my collogue teach me everything and tell me about everything . Later, I joined LSPD and learn everything. from that i want to be a leader . but a incident happen
  
  
• I got punished for filling wrong age but after that i leave rp for a long time then when i came i started playing again and join fib and then fib makes a interest. and i think to become a leader of FIB thats why i asked god can i able to apply again and they give me permission and i'm here to apply
  
  
• FIB gives us the power to control the whole city and also some things SAHP & LSPD can't do fib can that's why i make my mind and want to fill that power by my own leadership skills and may be i will be a good leader and learn more things about rp and teach my next gen about it

3. My Advice for Improving Roleplay in FIB​

• NON FAVOURITISM : I will try my best to stop Favoritism . Give ranks and roles to the perfect and deservable peoples . take everyones proper interview and give everyone rank
  
  
• ACTIVITY : I will make sure that every agent is always on task.
  
  
• TEACHING & TRAINNING : I will held classed for peoples those who don't know about rules i will teach them and make them still full and polished and my first priority is this
  
  
• DEPARTMENTS: I will try to make sure that every department should be active and whole the city must be protected.
  
  
• GOOD DRESS CODE : In the org every department have a unique dress code but some looking so bad for that its impact the peoples phycology because they need to wear it every time so i make a good drees code for them
  
  
• GOOD WEAPON LOAD: weapon is the main thing every one need to use so i will try to make sure they get weapon everytime.
  
  
• MEETINGS: FIB is the most powerful org i ever seen . so i will try to held meetings for know everyone's thoughts to take ideas how we can improve our org and what should we do next . "My journey in the city :
I started doing Roleplay From 5-7 months ago. I joined my first legal organisation that was Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) as a Trainee. Then I got trained and eventually by my hard work I got Assistant Chief of Police (ACP) in the same term. Becoming ACP in the same term taught me discipline and how to manage under pressure. Then I moved to Federal investigation bureau FIB and worked so hard and got employee of the week after that I came back in LSPD as Deputy Chief of Police (DCP) and after that I joined San Andreas Highway patrol (SAHP) as 28 Rank Assistant Sheriff (AS) after that same goes for Nation Guard (NG) as an 28. Then to improve myself I joined GOV to learn more about the city and legislation and I learned too. Really after that I got Under Sheriff in SAHP. and now I'm serving in the United States secret service (USSS).

Now, with all the knowledge I have earned, I want to test my abilities by leading the Federal investigation bureau (FIB) and make my term the best term of FIB.

2.2 Strength I will bring as a leader:

Over my journey, I have seen a lot of things in a short time.and i developed many strengths that make me capable of leading FIB.

I am a good decision maker who makes a decision that is fair to everyone , no favoritism at any cost. I want to create a strictness in the term to make my term zero favoritism and make my term the fairest term of FIB.
I can bring coordination, best team work , quick things , extra effort in the Roleplay to make it better than it is now.

I believe a true leader is not just about giving orders but about inspiring someone to push their limits. I know how to build a perfect team that is motivated even when the time is tough. Because I always analyze situations before taking actions, I always make sure that what I'm doing is right or wrong and I always stay open to feedback, because I believe listening is also important as leading a team .

My vision is to unlock the full potential of FIB and I need a chance to prove myself as the best leader and make a legacy that people can remember.

2.3 The Future I See for FIB :
If I get a chance to lead the FIB I will not lead it like another term. I will see an opportunity to prove myself and set new goals for FIB. My goal is to make FIB more active , more professional and have fairness. I will make people's to enjoy the Roleplay more and more
I will build an origination where every operation/event feels real and exciting from undercover to gather evidence. Do Raids
FIB is a team that always takes the lead, because of how well-prepared and co-ordinated we are.

Most importantly, I want to remove favoritism completely and give everyone a chance to prove herself to be the best , better and Great.

If I get the chance, I’ll make sure everyone in FIB feels like their work actually matters, no matter the rank.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

Steps I will take to enhance and elevate the roleplay experience

1. Only dedicated and hardworking units will get promotion
2. I will push the team and give them support from their back so they can grow quickly and equally.
3. Make the Roleplay more realistic so it will be more fun.
4. Make FIB active , quick to React.
5. Keep the term clean so there is no Favouritism and corruption.
6. Listen to everyone's feedback and points.
7. Make a trust between the members.
8. I'll run more raids and operations to keep activity at a high level.
9. Give bonuses to Hardworking members
10. Have a good relationship with other organisations
11. Keep members engaged with tasks and work so they don't feel bored
12. Build a good image inside and outside of the city.
13. I'll share my experience to guide new one to grow fast
14. I'll organise surprise event for fun activities
15. I'll make sure members feel welcomed and proud to be in FIB
16. I'll make sure everyone respects chain of command (COC)
17. Hire units at night to guard the state at difficult times.
18. I will hire deputies that are knowledgeable and experienced
19. I’ll stay active myself, not just tell others to be active.
20. I’ll always focus on building FIB stronger, not just myself.

Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
