Hello James Pluxury,

Basically, I applied for positions in the FIB and LSPD when their applications opened. My application for the FIB was rejected by Christian Pluxury due to my lack of experience in the FIB, which I completely understand and have no issues with.

Regarding the LSPD, after some time, Jessica rejected my application without providing any reason for the rejection, which I feel is unfair. When I inquired about the reason with Notix, he responded by saying, "We were not looking for specifics of the details you provided." This made me wonder what specific qualities or experiences other applicants had that made them stand out.

Later, I discussed this matter with Harvey, who told me that They didn't find me suitable for the LSPD at the moment. I completely understand that the curators have the right to reject candidates. If the issue is related to my punishment history, I want to mention that I served as undersheriff in Eng 1 under Steve Dash, and there were no complaints against me or the organization during my tenure.

When my term ended, Harvey approached me and asked if I wanted temporary leadership, to which I agreed. However, they conducted a background check on me and rejected it based on my punishment history. Subsequently, I submitted a Blacklist appeal, and James informed me that I wasn't blacklisted as a leader.

I want to clarify that I have not engaged in any rule-breaking behavior after my ban was lifted. You can verify this by checking my logs and other related information. It seems like People are being evaluated based on their past actions even after they have applied. I was confident that I had more experience than other candidates, and this situation has greatly affected my overall RP experience in this city.

I have always believed in giving second chances to everyone, and I thought I was given a second chance until this incident occurred, which has negatively impacted my perception of the situation.

I would like to understand the specific reasons based on which they determined that I was not suitable for the position.

Hope you’re having a good day. First of all I can understand that you’re upset because both your applications got rejected for different reasons .
For FIB i can’t say much however for LSPD your application was denied for the following reasons.

1) Excessive Punishment History : Your punishment history is quite big and therefore after taking opinions of more admins we decided not give it to you

2) Not Looking For the details that you provided : we were also looking for a leader who has recently been a part of LSPD, due to many changes happening in the org however from what we all remember you haven’t been in lspd for a long time, and therefore didn’t find you suitable THIS TIME

3)Just being unblacklisted doesn’t mean that you will become leader it’s Upto the senior curator and curators whether they would like to trust you with the org after having such big of a punishment history, as James said you’re not blacklisted, that’s correct however that doesn’t mean that you’re suitable for leadership at this moment.

Moreover when your application was seen Jessica forgot to write down the reason however it was later edited after we saw that the reason wasn’t showing up.
And also being an undersheriff doesn’t grant you access to being a leader in any org (hope you get me)

As for your temp leadership that also got denied for the same reasons.

This is not us trying to fight you just clearing some things up so there’s no bad blood between any of us

Then why Unblacklist a thing , if you r not being given a chance after all.?

1. Since Bobby initially removed my leadership blacklist, could you please review all the subsequent logs to determine if I have violated any rules?


2. What were the significant (OOC) changes that occurred in the LSPD, leading to my rejection?

3. Could you please explain the meaning of "unblacklisted leader appeal" and its purpose, considering that there is no opportunity for a second chance? I also acknowledge and agree that the curators have complete authority to reject me.

4. My intention was never to ask for the undersheriff position; rather, what I meant to convey is that I can be trusted with leadership responsibilities. During my time as a deputy, I did not break any rules, and even afterwards, I have maintained that same commitment. It wouldn't make sense for any leader to appoint me as a deputy if I had any intention of breaking rules.


Notix with all due respect this forum isn’t against you or any senior admin, i felt it was a unfair decision and i would like to know about my leader blacklist.
