Hello, because my rockstar account was stolen, I bought a new gta 5 and opened a new rockstar account with it and entered the game and pablo banned me.
I opened tech support on the forum and the tech admin told me there would be no problem.

Rejected. Technical administrator replied that you can use other social club. The social that you mentioned here is not related to situation as you shared account with id 14704. Without money wipe will not unban.
